Cancellation Policy for AdaCode

Digital Products (eBooks):

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not typically offer a cancellation option once a purchase has been made. When you buy an eBook from AdaCode, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Therefore, we offer the following considerations:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased eBook, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, providing a replacement file or, in cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund.

• Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. We will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of cancellation in these instances is at the discretion of AdaCode.

Physical Products (Paperback Books):

You may cancel your order of paperback books within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations beyond this timeframe are subject to the following conditions:

• Pre-shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel the order, but a restocking fee of 10% will apply.

• Post-shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product according to our Return Policy.

Return Policy for Physical Products:

If you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to defects or incorrect items.
